Terms & Conditions

1. Engagement and Scope

These terms govern the relationship between you (the Client) and LAVIES STUDIOS LTD (the Studio). By engaging our services—whether for event branding, spatial scenography, or corporate identity—you agree to the terms outlined in this document and the specific project proposal provided to you.

2. Financial Terms

• Mobilization: A non-refundable 70% mobilization deposit is required to lock in production dates and commence design work.
• Balance: The remaining 30% balance must be cleared 48 hours prior to physical event deployment, or before the handover of final digital source files for corporate projects.
• Estimates: Prices generated by our website estimator are baseline approximations. Final pricing will be delivered via a formal proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the Client receives full rights and ownership of the final delivered assets (logos, visual systems, printed materials). However, LAVIES STUDIOS LTD retains the right to:

• Display the completed project, early concepts, and 3D renders in our portfolio and social channels.
• Retain ownership of preliminary drafts, unused concepts, and proprietary spatial engineering methods.

4. Revisions and Timelines

Project timelines are contingent upon timely feedback from the Client. Each project scope includes a predefined number of revision rounds. Additional structural or conceptual changes outside the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

5. Liability and Logistics

While we engineer our spatial builds for safety and durability, LAVIES STUDIOS LTD is not liable for damages caused by extreme weather conditions, third-party vendor negligence, or venue structural failures. For projects outside our immediate operational footprint, travel and logistics will be quoted separately.
